Who operates this website
AJ Web Studio is operated by Aaron John Domingo. Provider information and a public contact are listed below when supplied. The written project proposal identifies the service provider.
Your inquiry stays local until you choose to send
The form prepares a text brief in your browser. Preparation, copying, and downloading send no inquiry to the studio. The draft contains your name, email, business details, website needs, and project materials. Choosing Send inquiry by email submits those details to the studio through its Vercel endpoint and Resend. The application keeps no database of inquiries. Received email is stored in the configured inbox and processed by the email providers.
Email, WhatsApp, and scheduling
Open email draft and Open WhatsApp draft prepare messages in your own apps. You decide whether to send them. Direct email delivery, when configured, starts only after you choose Send inquiry by email. Cloudflare Turnstile loads at this point to check for spam and processes technical browser and connection information. Resend then processes the inquiry for delivery. Booking opens the configured scheduling provider. Each provider uses its own privacy policy.
Information we receive and use
When you send an inquiry, we use the received information to reply, prepare a quote, and deliver agreed services. We do not use inquiry information for promotional messaging without the necessary consent. The hosting provider processes technical request information, such as IP address, browser, and access time, for delivery and security. The contact endpoint uses temporary keyed request counters to limit abuse. If a shared Redis limiter is configured, only keyed IP and email digests and short-lived counters are stored there, never the inquiry content.
Storage and preferences
Language and theme preferences are saved locally. Inquiry drafts remain in memory and are not saved in browser storage. The optional materials checklist saves only selected item IDs under aj-web-studio-materials-v1 when you choose Save ticks on this device. Restore saved ticks reads that local progress. Reset progress removes it. No checklist ticks are submitted to the studio. No analytics or advertising libraries are installed.
Received correspondence and retention
The existing correspondence policy aims to review and remove inquiries no longer needed within 12 months, unless a client relationship, dispute, security need, or legal duty justifies longer retention. Hosting logs follow provider-defined retention periods. Providers you choose might process data in other countries.
Your choices
Clear site data to remove local preferences and checklist ticks, or use Reset progress on the checklist. You choose which inquiry details to share. Use the listed contact or quote route for questions about received data, corrections, deletion or rights under applicable law. Update this notice if processing changes.
